      I think pure spirits are OK. Ditto wine – anything you could make at home…

    Good luck with the Challenge but from what I know about how you eat, I think you’re pretty much there already! You do a great job already!

      Thanks, Averie, but it will still be a challenge, especially when I visit Taos ans Santa Fe mid-month.

      Harder for Larry than for me – re “Unprocessed”. Love serving him iced water instead of a diet soda…Plenty of wine in the evening 😉
