Our turkey dinner is always a lovely occasion, but the holiday is just beginning, with three more days of scrumptious “leftover” meals. For me, the best part of Thanksgiving – leftovers!
Sometimes I make turkey enchiladas, I always make turkey soup, or there is my Dad’s favorite, turkey tetrazzini. I entered my recipe on the Food52 site last Father’s Day, honoring my father by offering up one of his favorite dishes.
Thanksgiving was his favorite holiday, as it is mine.
Your turkey looks beautiful! Thanks so much for posting this recipe, I will be making this when we have another lovely turkey in January after the rush! 🙂
Thanks, dear Wendy , are you still on your feet?! My blog is just back on “hers”. X0 Liz
We enjoyed your mango chutney with our Thanksgiving turkey
Thanks, Toni, especially because I’m in the midst of re-do here. Happy Thanksgiving – save a Frasier or Noble for us 🙂 Liz
I still can’t believe people are making my family recipes!
I am a soup fan in the turkey leftover department. Your spinach gratin is on the menu this weekend!
What a great looking turkey!
