I’m thrilled to participate in this month’s “Unprocessed” challenge, created by Andrew Wilder of Eating Rules. This year, I have gotten my husband to participate and we are having a lot of fun with the challenge.
Today I am doing a guest post on Eating Rules, sharing my cherry-apricot chutney, a recipe that only tastes better now that I have updated my chutney to meet the “unprocessed” standards.
Thanks so much, Andrew, for all your efforts to influence so many of us to cook and eat healthier. Hopefully, new habits will stick as our awareness has become sharpened regarding processed versus unprocessed food in our diet.
